About us • Ynglyn â

We are a grassroots, cross-party and no-party organisation, determined to secure the best deal for Wales with the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

Mudiad trawsbleidiol, a di-blaid ydyn ni ar lawr gwlad, sydd â’i fryd ar sicrhau’r cytundeb gorau i Gymru gyda’r DU, Ewrop a gweddill y byd.

Core Position

It is our view that to depart from the European Union would threaten many interests vital to our country and to individual citizens, as well as the interests of Europe as a whole. In or out of the EU, geography and all our current connections dictate that our economic, social, cultural and political relationships with the rest of Europe will remain a matter of primary importance. We must continue to:

  1. Protect the economy of Wales and the UK - trade, innovation, skills, jobs and growth – through continued membership of the single market and the European customs union
  2. Protect the current levels of EU investment in Wales and maintain the focus on reducing regional disparities beyond 2020
  3. Protect dignity and equality within society, doing nothing that would undermine current EU-‐based employment and anti-‐discrimination rights
  4. Continue to value talents and skills that our economy and educational and social systems need, from wherever they may come, addressing social pressures where they occur, and providing reassurance for citizens of other EU countries already residing here
  5. Protect our natural environment, ensuring that Wales and the UK remain leaders on environmental issues and climate change and preserve current EU-‐based protections
  6. Protect our national security through the deep co-‐operation that is so essential to defend ourselves against shared threats
  7. Safeguard the constitutional stability of the United Kingdom, respecting the rights and interests of all the devolved administrations in any negotiations
  8. Safeguard human rights and fundamental freedoms through continued membership of the European Convention on Human Rights.

Safbwynt Craidd

Ein barn ni yw y byddai gadael yr Undeb Ewropeaidd yn bygwth llawer o ddiddordebau hanfodol ein gwlad a dinasyddion unigol, yn ogystal â buddiannau Ewrop gyfan. Yn yr UE neu y tu allan, mae daearyddiaeth a’n holl gysylltiadau cyfredol yn golygu y bydd ein perthynas economaidd, cymdeithasol, diwylliannol a gwleidyddol gyda gweddill Ewrop yn parhau i fod yn fater o bwys sylfaenol. Mae’n rhaid i ni barhau i:

  1. Amddiffyn economi Cymru a’r DU – masnach, arloesedd, sgiliau, swyddi a thwf – trwy barhau’n aelod o’r farchnad sengl a’r undeb tollau Ewropaidd
  2. Amddiffyn lefelau buddsoddi cyfredol yr UE yng Nghymru a chunnal y ffocws ar leihau gwahaniaethau rhanbarthol ar ôl 2020
  3. Diogelu urddas a chydraddoldeb o fewn cymdeithas, gan wneud dim a fyddai’n tanseilio hawliau cyflogaeth a gwrth-wahaniaethu presennol yr UE
  4. Parhau i werthfawrogi doniau a sgiliau sy’n hanfodol i’n heconomi a’n systemau addysgol a chymdeithasol, o ble bynnag y gallant ddod, gan fynd i’r afael â physau cymdeithasol a allai godi, a chan roi sicrwydd i ddinasyddion o wledydd eraill yr UE sydd eisoes yn byw yma
  5. Diogelu ein hamgylchedd naturiol, gan sicrhau bod Cymru a’r DU yn parhau i fod yn arweinwur ar faterion amgylcheddol a newid yn yr hinsawdd gan gadw amddiffyniadau presennol yr UE
  6. Amddiffyn ein diogelwch cenedlaethol drwy’d cydweithrediad dwfn sydd mor hanfodol i amddiddyn ein hunain yn erbyn bygythiadau cyffredin
  7. Diogelu sefydlogrwydd cyfansoddiadol y Deyrnas Unedig, parchu hawliau a buddiannau’r llywodraethau datganoledig mewn unrhyw drafodaethau
  8. Diogelu hawliau dynol a rhyddid sylfaenol drwy barhau fel aelod o’r Confensiwn Ewropaidd ar Hawliau Dynol
