The Future of Wales in Europe: Agenda for 2021-26 – What do the Senedd Manifestos say?
In February 2021, Wales for Europe published our Agenda for 2021-26, setting out what the next Senedd needs to do in terms of our relationship with Europe and the EU over the next five years.
We’ve been through the election manifestos of the parties standing for the Senedd to find our what they are promising in relation to our nine key points.
We’ve also put together a simple at-a-glance summary table
Whilst many parties have some strong pro-European policies, we are disappointed by the lack of attention given to the rights of EU citizens who have made Wales their home, and the challenges of the Settled Status scheme. Supporting EU citizens will remain a priority for Wales for Europe.

Ym mis Chwefror 2021, cyhoeddodd Cymru dros Ewrop ein Agenda ar gyfer 2021-26, gan nodi beth sydd angen i’r Senedd nesaf ei wneud o ran ein perthynas gydag Ewrop a’r UE dros y pum mlynedd nesaf.
Rydyn ni wedi bod trwy faniffestos etholiad y pleidiau sy’n sefyll dros y Senedd i ddod o hyd i’n hyn maen nhw’n addawol mewn perthynas â’n naw pwynt allweddol.
Rydym hefyd wedi llunio tabl crynodeb syml ar gipolwg.
Er bod gan lawer o bleidiau rai polisïau pro-Ewropeaidd cryf, rydym yn siomedig â’r diffyg sylw a roddir i hawliau dinasyddion yr UE sydd wedi gwneud Cymru yn gartref iddynt, a heriau’r cynllun Statws Setledig. Bydd cefnogi dinasyddion yr UE yn parhau i fod yn flaenoriaeth i Gymru dros Ewrop.
